But the name didn't come from a whiteboard session or a brand agency. It came from a moment of grief — and a sign we weren't expecting.

Where it started.

For a long time, I struggled with my mental health. Not quietly, not easily — really struggled. And through that, one thing kept pulling me forward: belief. Belief that things could be better. Belief that I could feel like myself again. Belief that what I put into my body had something to do with how I felt in my mind.

Gut health wasn't a wellness trend for me — it was a lifeline. When I started taking it seriously, something shifted. The fog lifted a little. The hard days felt less impossible. I became a true believer — in biotics, in collagen, in the connection between what lives in your gut and how you show up in the world.

Where the name came from.
